After a slight break in transmission, we’re back and we’re fresher than ever! It has indeed been a busy period with a lot of energy directed at an exciting rebranding exercise. In line with the Centric Group strategy, CRS management was tasked with refreshing the brand and coming up with a new corporate identity that was more lively but also depicted our focus on employee excellence. After much debate and a brainstorming process that really made us think about how we have grown up as a business and what we stand for today, we settled on the new tag line ‘Real people solutions’. Read more about this process and our re-defined values below. Have a look at our website too and let us know what you think of the CRS facelift?

Last month I did a flying trip to the UK in my capacity as Chairman of SAPA, to attend the CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) conference. It was an excellent event with practitioners from around the world sharing ideas on payroll and legislation. It was interesting to note that the UK is only now getting to grips with electronic filing when we’ve been at it for some years already! Also valuable was hearing about industry trends. There is definitely a strong focus on getting HR and payroll practitioners more recognised as professionals who can add value to strategies and contribute to bottom line profitability.

This month we’re proud to announce the launch of iSight, an online employee alignment/engagement and recognition software. It’s one of its kind and neatly complements our existing HR offerings. Find more details on iSight below.

Finally, we have sadly said farewell to a few members of senior management in the past two months. Rest assured though that CRS is as strong and as committed as ever to your HR needs.

Until next time,

James McKerrell

CRS gets a facelift

Introducing our refreshed brand and values

Our new brand identity embodies our personality and the essence of “real people solutions”. Our strength and our competitive advantage is — and always will be — people.

We are different from our competitors in that we really do care about people, it’s not just about delivering a solution, we take care in listening to clients and providing consistent, dependable and innovative client centric solutions.

The new logo reflects our values, expressed through a series of overlaid congruent circles with the yellow, blues, green and teal shades representing the collaboration and passion of a people-centred business offering.

In short, we think it’s fresh, vibrant, sleek and confident—a perfect representation of the business CRS has matured into and the team that serves it!
