Outsourcing

Peter Wilson, Manager

I grew up in Cape Town and spent time serving in the Rhodesian Light Infantry during the Rhodesian Bush War, where I developed a passion for wildlife and flying. Whilst employed at an Intermodal Logistics firm, I got the opportunity to travel extensively on business to North and South America, Europe, Africa, The Far East and Australia and the USA. I currently head up CRS's National Outsourcing Services Centre, tasked to develop the business and oversee the operation. Many a vacation is spent in the bush with my family and many a weekend is dedicated to supporting my son at gym practice and rugby.

Sylvia Maré, Senior Payroll Consultant

My CRS career started in 1999, where initially I only managed 1 payroll. Today, with the help of my colleague Shaine, we run almost 50 Payrolls per month. I strive to assist and always share knowledge, new experiences and ideas with my colleagues. I am currently enrolled for a two year diploma course with Payroll Education, which I will finish at the end of 2010. My beautiful family is my biggest supporters and helps me to maintain a good work-life balance with all the daily challenges that comes my way.

Lourentia Tonkin, Senior Payroll Consultant

My first love and passion is the transfer of knowledge, which is the field I qualified in at WITS. I have been with CRS for more than 10 years and have filled positions in Training, Helpdesk and Outsourcing. My role in the NOSC division requires continued commitment to service excellence and accuracy. I love travelling, gardening and reading, but the love of my life is of Siamese descend and meows for his supper.

Shaine Harwood, Payroll Consultant

I joined CRS early in 2007 and I enjoy the working environment, as I have the freedom to learn so much about the CRS product. I started my working career in 2004 with FNB where I started off as a call centre agent, moved to payroll data capture and then became a payroll consultant. I now work alongside Sylvia & we process about 50 payrolls. I've enrolled for a two year Payroll Management diploma course and will finish it at the end of 2010. I support English league football and am a big Manchester United fan.

Claudene Booysen, Payroll Consultant

I joined CRS in 2008 as a Consultant in the NOSC division, where I manage Payroll requirements for clients according to our strict standards. I have a strong Administrative background and feel that I am living my dream, as Payroll has been a career that I have wanted to follow, and I can now do this with pride and confidence that is evident in my work. I am the proud mother of two and enjoy cooking and baking in my spare time.
