James McKerrell, Gauteng

After qualifying in the accounting field and having run a Fund Raising entity, I became interested in technology and joined CRS as a consultant way back in 1991.

I was tasked with starting the CRS Cape Town office, and later moved back to Johannesburg as Ops Director, where I took over the management of the business and until today I play an active role in development of our people, products, new markets and solutions.

I am passionate about our products and services, not forgetting our people and customers. I have a wonderful and supportive family and enjoy fly fishing (fishing not catching!) in my spare time.

Mieke Cimma, Western Cape

I joined the company in 2004, after spending 8 years managing an operation in the Recruitment Industry. My degree in Psychology and Social Sciences assists me in my quest to build the CRS Community into a force to be reckoned with. At CRS, I am often referred to as the control freak, hence me always ending up with projects of a creative nature to execute in my own style. On the home front, I am the proud mother of two, and can often be spotted juggling my laptop, cell phone, a few school bags and the daily catch.

Tanya Whitmore, KwaZulu Natal

I have been in HR and Payroll for more than 20 years and roles in the past and present include Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Trainer and Sales Executive. I love the variety my position at CRS holds, as each day is different, keeping me on my toes. I value the opportunity to enhance my own and my colleague's personal development and making a positive difference in others. Travel, both locally and abroad, is a big pleasure for me, as I enjoy learning about the history and culture of different places.

Elmo Brackenridge, Eastern Cape

I joined CRS in June 2000 as Programming Manager responsible for the then AS400 product, and moved to the Friendly City to open a local office in 2004. Although the Eastern Cape region is small in size, it has its own challenges which make this job both rewarding and challenging. Over weekends, you will find me in the garden, or enjoying the privilege of living at the coast, or chatting to my female dominated family which includes a beautiful granddaughter.
