To set up a Company in South Africa, the following statutory registrations and lodgings have to be undertaken.

Registration of Company with CIPC:
 –       Register Company with Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office.

Registration of Company with SARS for Company Income Tax:
 –      Register Company with South African Revenue Authority for Company Income Tax.
–       Compilation and lodging of registration form IT 77 (c).

Registration of Company with SARS for VAT:
 –      Register Company with South African Revenue Authority for VAT.
–       Compilation and lodging of registration form VAT 101.

 Registration of Company with SARS for Employee PAYE, UIF & SDL:
–       Register Company with the South African Revenue Authority for Employee PAYE,UIF & SDL.
–       Compilation and lodging of registration form EMP 101 (e).

 Registration of Company with Unemployment Insurance Fund:
–       Register Company with the South African Department of Labour for UIF.
–       Compilation and lodging of registration form UI.8

Registration of Company Employees with UIF Office:
–       Register Company Employees with the South African Unemployment Insurance Fund.
–       Compilation and lodging of registration form UI.19

Registration of Company with Department of Labour for COIDA:
–       Register Company with the South African Department of Labour for COIDA.
–       Compilation and lodging of registration of Employer form W.As.2

General Power of Attorney:
–       Compilation of the South African Revenue Services Power of Attorney document.
–       Authorising CRS Technologies (Pty) Ltd to submit statutory EMP 201 and EMP 501 returns and payments on the Company’s behalf.
–       Lodging of General Power of Attorney form.
