We know that our solution enables users to keep comprehensive records of applicants, including demographics, biographical details, previous employment, qualifications and references – the ‘ins and outs’ of HR information.

And we also know that this functionality is integral to several key processes related to recruitment including interviews, onboarding, leave applications, performance management and training.

By using Simone and her journey with the fictitious company ‘Sky’s the Limit’, we are able to explain how a company can leverage an end-to-end view of the business, how individuals can be consistently evaluated and manipulate real-time information at any stage of the lifecycle.

It is an interesting and captivating insight into business behaviour from an individual’s perspective and now we are adding a new dimension.
