Sonia Liebenberg, Regional Manager

Before joining CRS, I spent eight years working in the fishing industry as a payroll administrator, responsible for CRS system maintenance and support, management information, accounting, administration and payroll and HR procedures. In 1999, I joined CRS as a consultant, and was responsible for various projects converting payroll and HR systems to CRS. Today, I proudly manage a highly motivated team of consultants and together we aim to offer our clients excellent support and advise.

Mieke Cimma, Business Developer

I joined the company in 2004, after spending 8 years managing an operation in the Recruitment Industry. My degree in Psychology and Social Sciences assists me in my quest to build the CRS Community into a force to be reckoned with. At CRS, I am often referred to as the control freak, hence me always ending up with projects of a creative nature to execute in my own style. On the home front, I am the proud mother of two, and can often be spotted juggling my laptop, cell phone, a few school bags and the daily catch.

Stella Formanek, Consultant

Life before CRS... has been quite a journey, from an Architect in Training, to Software Development Trainer. In August 2004 I was given the opportunity to apply this theoretical knowledge in a corporate environment, with the wonderful support from the people here at CRS. Not only the staff, but also the clients who make up the CRS family, have helped me to grow with our Payroll and HR product. We all try to constantly improve our skills. By sharing what we have learnt, we more easily learn from others.

Adam Jaffer, Consultant

Following my 3 year stint at college, studying marketing and business management, I enjoyed rich and diverse work experience, both locally and internationally. I consider myself to be very adaptable and have come to understand the fundamental principles common to the success of any business. I joined CRS as a HR Consultant 3 years ago and can honestly say that all my years of experience is tested every day by the vast array of our valued clients. Apart from thriving when facing the odd curve ball from clients, I'm hitting them out of the park every Saturday on the baseball diamond.

Carol-Anne Steyn, Consultant

Prior to joining CRS, I worked for a large financial organization where I obtained invaluable experience in human resources. Upon leaving I was responsible for monitoring compliance, consulting and focusing on remuneration. When I joined CRS towards the end of 2008, a new world has unfolded for me. The environment is fast paced with never a dull moment, as there are always clients that require professional, hands-on service, expecting the high standard of support they have become accustomed to from CRS over the years. In my private time I love spending time with my family in the outdoors, reading and socializing with friends.

Vanessa Chalmers, Office Administrator

I grew up in the Transvaal where I completed my N4 Secretarial course before moving to Cape Town. Before joining CRS, I worked in both the Restaurant and Engineering industries. I am responsible for the smooth running of the WC office where all administration, communication and training is concerned and am always ready to go the extra mile for both clients and colleagues. I am the proud mom to a globe trotter in the EU and love reading, oil painting, potting in the garden & cooking.

Pamela Nkolongo, Office Assistant

I grew up in the old Ciskei, but completed my Matric in Cape Town. I joined CRS in 2001 as Assistant, where I take care of all the office requirements and refreshments for our lovely team. I attended a Telephone Etiquette Course which I enjoyed very much, and enjoy learning new skills. In my spare time I enjoy reading and taking care of my Mom and her two Foster children.
