Tanya Whitmore, Regional Manager

I have been in HR and Payroll for more than 20 years and roles in the past and present include Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Trainer and Sales Executive. I love the variety my position at CRS holds, as each day is different, keeping me on my toes. I value the opportunity to enhance my own and my colleague’s personal development and making a positive difference in others. Travel, both locally and abroad, is a big pleasure for me, as I enjoy learning about the history and culture of different places.

Kaai du Plessis, Consultant

I started my career in Payroll Management in 1980 managing 24 payroll systems and 10,500 employees. My position was Group Wage Administrator which was a very exciting position, training Wage Administrators and setting up procedures for the Group to follow. Although it was on the AS 400, I find the windows version of CRSPay very exciting. I am a devoted worker and always love a challenge to ensure that the Project will be 100% accurate. My hobby is Cats, I am an International Cat Judge and have been judging in many countries overseas. I held the position as President of the Southern African Cat Council for 4 years which was exciting as my job as a consultant.
