Sonia Liebenberg, Regional Manager Before joining CRS, I spent eight years working in the fishing industry as a payroll administrator, responsible for CRS system maintenance and support, management information, accounting, administration and payroll and HR procedures. In 1999, I joined CRS as a consultant, and was responsible for various projects converting payroll and HR systems to CRS. Today, I proudly manage a highly motivated team of consultants and together we aim to offer our clients excellent support and advise.
Jade Keogh, HR Consultant I originally grew up in Pretoria, but have lived in the lovely Port Elizabeth for over 10 years now. I’m mad about the beach and the outdoors and love being in good company with good conversation. After matric, I studied a B Comm. Human Resources at UPE (or should I say NMMU) and went on to do my Honours in Industrial Psychology. After working for Goodyear for just under a year, I joined the CRS team, where I handle HR implementations, workshops, consulting and training both in PE and in other Regions when required.
Stella Formanek, Consultant Life before CRS… has been quite a journey, from an Architect in Training, to Software Development Trainer. In August 2004 I was given the opportunity to apply this theoretical knowledge in a corporate environment, with the wonderful support from the people here at CRS. Not only the staff, but also the clients who make up the CRS family, have helped me to grow with our Payroll and HR product. We all try to constantly improve our skills. By sharing what we have learnt, we more easily learn from others.
Douglas Cloete, Consultant I have been in the payroll industry since the early 1990’s where I started out as a payroll clerk and later moved into IT. Being employed by CRS has enabled me to combine my love of everything IT with my extensive payroll experience. I am a gadget junkie as well as a huge football fanatic.
Vanessa Chalmers, Office Administrator I grew up in Middelburg, Transvaal. Completed my N4 Secretarial course then relocated to Cape Town. Before joining CRS, I worked in both the Restaurant and Engineering industries. I am responsible for the smooth running of the WC office where all administration, communications and training is concerned and am always ready to go the extra mile for both clients and colleagues. I am the proud mom to a beautiful daughter, Justine, my pride & joy! I love reading, oil painting, potting in the garden & cooking.
Chantal Swart, Trainee I was born in the Mother City (Cape Town). I joined CRS as a Trainee in 2010. I am currently studying Human Resource Management. I enjoy the outdoors and for relaxation I hike, read and jog.
